BFTU and the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) – Africa held a workshop sponsored by Solidarity centre on the 3rd of August 2018 at Oasis Motel to kick start a campaign to advocate for migrants rights.

The aim of the workshop
was to organise and strengthen our advocacy on the protection of the rights of migrants. The workshop was attended by
the Nigerian High Commissioner amongst other and the campaign Narrative and financial reports were made and submitted
to ITUC on time. The focal person for the project was Ms Sarah Dibe assisted by Mr Opelo Baleseng and Gosaitse
Rapelang as organisers engaged in Gaborone and Francistown

respectively.
